BILLY GRAY

El Dr. Billy Gray es Profesor Asociado en Literatura Inglesa en la Universidad de Dalarna, Suecia, donde es coordinador del programa de Master en Estudios Irlandeses. Escribió su tesis doctoral sobre la influencia del sufismo en el trabajo de Doris Lessing y ha publicado artículos sobre diversos escritores irlandeses como Gary Mitchell, Joseph O'Neill, Patrick McCabe, Chris Arthur, Hubert Butler, Eoin McNamee y Derek Lundy en el ámbito internacional. Revistas de revisión por pares como New Hibernian Review, The Canadian Journal of Irish Studies y Etudes Irlandaises, y también ha publicado artículos sobre otros escritores como Jenny Diski. En relación con su trabajo sobre representaciones literarias del envejecimiento, ha publicado trabajos académicos tanto con Doris Lessing como en J.M. Coetzee. Es uno de los dos editores principales del Nordic Irish Studies journal y actualmente participa en un proyecto de investigación sobre Literaturas Transculturales.
